Shipping Policy

Institut DERMed Clinical Skincare Products Distribution Center ships Monday through Friday from 9a.m. to 3.30p.m. Orders placed after 3.00p.m. will ship the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 3.00p.m. will ship the following Monday.

Return Procedure

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you may return the unused portion of a product for a full refund less shipping.

To qualify you must obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Returns will not qualify for credit without a RMA #.

All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
