A professional facial treatment is an ideal way to start correcting oily acne skin conditions. Your skin care specialist will perform a thorough skin analysis and
determine the best clinical treatments and products for accelerated healing.

Clean Skin Gently
Your Esthetician will recommend a cleanser with the combination of Glycolic, Salicylic and Totarol for immediate results. You should cleanse your skin once in the morning and once in the evening, as well as after heavy exercise. Wash your face from under the jaw to the hairline and be sure to thoroughly rinse your skin.

Using strong soaps or rough scrub pads is not helpful and can actually make the problem worse. If the skin is excessively oily an astringent toner with Glycolic and Salicylic may be recommended on the oily zones. It is also important to shampoo your hair regularly.

Happy memories of outdoor Summer fun with family and friends can last a lifetime, sadly so can the harmful rays of the sun.

Brown spots, known as hyper-pigmentation can be caused by UVA & UVB light. After months of unavoidable sun exposure these lesions begin to rear their ugly heads on our beautiful faces, hands and body. Of course brown spots caused by the sun may be prevented with sunscreen but once they appear on our skin they are best resolved with rigorous treatment!

The Institut’ DERMed Clinical Skin Care Intensive Lightening Serum is a serious solution formulated to get out stubborn brown spots. For best results apply three times weekly to individual spots and increase frequency of use as your skin adjusts.

Targeting pigmented lesions that often result from over exposure to sunlight, hormonal imbalance and genetic pre-disposition, are the type of skin conditions the active ingredients contained in the Institut’ DERMed Lightening Product range are designed to correct.
