Institut’ DERMed Spa first in Atlanta with INTRAcel Fractional RF Microneedle, FRM™.
Institut Dermed Spa launches an all new Collagen Production Therapy treatment:
The INTRAcel Fractional RadioFrequency Microneedling, FRM™ treatment for advanced beauty enhancement and skin tightening.
Institut' DERMed Spa is one of only a few places in the country to be performing the revolutionary INTRAcel Collagen Production treatment originating from South Korea. INTRAcel uses fractional radio frequency combined with insulated micro-needles to treat wrinkles, sagging jawlines, neck, crow’s feet, acne scars, various skin irregularities and the reduction of stretch marks.
INTRAcel uniquely treats the target area through rapid penetration of specially designed insulated micro-needles without causing damage to the epidermis. The RadioFrequency energy transmitted stimulates fibroblasts resulting in the production of new collagen. The treatment is suitable for all skin types and tones.
Founder of Institut' DERMed, Lyn Ross, L.M.E., is very excited about the addition of the INTRAcel RF technology to address the skin care needs of the Spa's highly engaged clientele. "I have done much research in the arena of MicroNeedling and Radio Frequency and to have a modality that combines both and has demonstrated such visible results is really exciting", Ross said. "No other system offers real-time monitoring of the treatment to ensure optimum treatment parameters are delivered and we can select and combine the ideal energy needed to achieve the best results. It's really remarkable".
INTRAcel has 4 Modes to treat any skin layer: FRM monopolar, FRM Bipolar, SRR Superficial and T-Mode -Topical Non-Rf treatments; no other system can offer the range of power, modalities, features and benefits of INTRAcel.
You can see immediate results from the INTRAcel treatment as the face is gently lifted and specific problem areas targeted, and this tightening and lifting keeps improving over time as more collagen is produced. Subtle changes include fuller cheeks, tighter jawline, lines are softer and pores appear smaller.
There is minimal downtime after an INTRAcel treatment which is one of the reasons it is so popular!
A course of three treatments four weeks apart is recommended for optimum results.
The process of skin shedding and renewal is a biological process in which the cells move up from the bottom of the epidermis to the top. This process takes about four weeks and then it can take approximately two more weeks before they are sloughed off and replaced by new cells. Combining professional treatments with a proper skincare regimen at home will encourage your skin to renew itself efficiently and help with collagen production so you can have younger-looking skin in a very short time.
Not too long ago the only way to tackle skin aging was with a face lift. Then came fillers and botox to push back Father Time. Today we are in the age of high tech treatments: crows feet, wrinkles, sagging skin and hyper-pigmentation (brown spots) can now be tackled simply by going for a facial.
Starbene Radio-Frequency Facial Treatment is one of the innovative high tech facial treatments for skin tightening.
WHAT IS IT? A non invasive skin tightening technique used on the face and the body, that can be applied to all skin types. RF does not damage the epidermis (outer skin layer) in any way. The radio frequency energy (or light energy) heats the deeper skin layers during the treatment to boost collagen.
What is Rosacea?
Rosacea is a skin disorder that causes redness of the skin of the face in people of Celtic origin. The cause of Rosacea is not known but it usually affects people with fair skin in their 30's or 40's. Research has found that the skin of people with Rosacea contains approximately 4 times as many tiny skin mites, called demodex folliculorum, than people without Rosacea. These mites live in the oil canals of the face and as it has also been shown that the oil in the skin of rosacea patients is different from non-rosacea patients this may be the cause of the multiplication of these mites.
