Dermaplaning

What is Dermaplaning? It is a type of "manual exfoliation" or leveling of the skin.  Dermaplaning removes the outermost layers of dead skin cells, leaving the skin immediately smooth, supple and vibrant.

Dermaplaning the skin is a great way to get rid of 2 skin conditions at once:  dull skin and light facial hair.  The greatest benefits of dermaplaning are taking off the outer layer of dead skin cells, removing environmentally damaged skin, revealing healthy plump new cells and realigning the collagen network over time.

This treatment, when professionally performed, is extremely safe.  There is no more risk to the skin than when a man shaves his face.   Dermaplaning can be performed every 3 - 4 weeks.  Blading the skin actually removes about 2-3 weeks worth of dead skin cells.  The skin completes its normal skin cycle approximately every 30 days.
