Shipping Policy
  • Institut DERMed Distribution Center ships Monday through Friday from 9a.m. to 3.30p.m. Orders placed after 3.00p.m. will ship the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 3.00p.m. will ship the following Monday.

  • Return Policy
    • Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased at idermedstore.com, you may return the unused portion of a product for a full refund less shipping.
    • To qualify you must obtain RMA # and return your item(s) within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
    • Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not qualify for a refund. Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items.     Return Procedure
    • Obtain your RMA# within 10 days of receipt of your order via e-mail by submitting the short form or via phone by calling us at 770.454.7788:

    • All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
    • Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
    • Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

    • Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
    • All Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
