Your Arrival: Please check-in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Your prompt arrival insures a relaxing personal experience. Robes, slippers and a changing room with a shower are provided.
Personal Valuables: For your convenience lockers are provided in the guest dressing room. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal property.
Methods of Payment: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, local checks and cash. Payment is due upon receipt of services rendered.
Return Policy: It is not always possible to predict how the skin will respond to clinical formulations. Should a reaction occur it will be necessary for you to consult with your skin care therapist prior to product exchange or return. Exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and are for spa credit only.
Scheduling Guidelines: When booking multiple services, for Saturday appointments and for first time guests a major credit card will be necessary. For Spa packages a 50% deposit is required. All deposits are non-refundable. We realize emergencies happen and will be understanding if a last minute change arises; however, we reserve the right to charge the full treatment price for missed appointments without a 24 hour notice.
Group Reservations/Spa Parties: Institut’ DERMed is the perfect place to experience the latest in skin care therapies with your friends or associates. We will organize your event for groups of 4 or more. Our group co-ordinator works with you personally to customize your unique event making sure all of your needs are met.
